I like the Yoga Now workouts - I've only done AM/PM and the 30 minute routine - they're a little bit different with some of the moves - as you described and I like the change up! I find the AM and the 30 Min one make nice warm-up practices. I've often used the PM one for a stretch at the end of a workout.
