Guest guest Posted November 25, 2006 Report Share Posted November 25, 2006 hiya! this morning i did 10 min solution kickbox bootcamp with keli roberts. 5 x 10 min segments. i added the 10 min solution's (michelle dozois) yoga segment to the end. i had to pause the workout during the fat blasting segment which had alot of burpees in it... wheew! that segment was quite challenging, i was wishing it to be near the beginning of the workout instead of near the end. so next time i hope i remember to program the segments that way myself. the rest of the workout is at the intermediate level. and it is a good workout, especially if you like doing kickboxing drills. :*carolyn.
