I do it a drop at a time, in a little pineapple juice/water mix so its one swig and then chase it with water. Sam's been on yucky supps since he was 3 so he used to it now. I Have read other people rubbing in on the feet also

Just started my son on oregano oil today and not surprisingly, he won't take it. Any ideas people on what juices or food might mask the taste of it?I would love to put it on a pizza, but he is gf free.

My son loves humous - which disguises alot of supps for me - though it is

probably an acquired taste.

Well, its 8.30 and my boy has been asleep with the oregano on his

feet for the past 1.5 hrs.

One note of caution, put socks on your child's feet if you put the

oregano on the feet. If by chance they touch their feet and then

touch their mouths or eyes, they will get burned. I just happened to

touch my mouth with the oil on my finger. Ouch!

For a supp like this that tastes very bad but I only need a really

small amount, it is pretty easy to take a small capsule like the

ones selenium or moly generally come in, cut down the bigger half a

little bit with scissors, put in a few drops of the supp, put the

two halves back together, and then have my son swallow the capsule

in a tiny bit of yogurt. The shortened capsule is tiny, like a

tictac, and he doesn't even notice it, even if I leave it in plain

sight on the top of the yogurt.

I give a few drops mixed in with his daily fish oil supplements. He

isn't keen on this anyway, but the oil seems to mask the oregano

taste to some extent.
