Cathe is coming out with a workout that includes a bag! Do we know

this for sure? I hope so--I have a bag in my workout room that isn't

getting much of a workout!

oh good paul! i didnt want to drive your hopes up through the

stratosphere..LOL

anyway, the source of the rumour is cathe herself. before she made

her latest batch of workouts she announced the plans for these

boxing workouts, along with some others. however, that was before

she got injured and the timeline for her latest batch got pushed way

back, so noone is sure if she is really going to make these or not,

or when.
