Thanks Vennitta! This looks like fun, we all might be needing

rebounders now! LOL! In the video I see that they are wearing

gloves, are these weighted gloves?

I also see that there's a Flex Posture with Benson, is this the

same workout as the Flex Posture put out by WHFN with Tamela Hastie?

Hi Kerry,Yes, those are weighted gloves. The Flex Posture is generally the same, from what I've seen of the other WHFN workouts there are slight differences from the FitPrime workoutsVennitta

Hi ,The stick is one you can pick up at a hardware store and buy rubber end caps, should be under $15.00 - I put mine together for under $10.00 a few years agoVennitta

Do you know how much the gloves weigh and can you adjust the weight?

Thanks for letting me know about the FitPrime and WHFN workouts.

I don't know what brand or weight of gloves are used, I have two pair

and can't adjust the weight on either. Because the moves are so fast I

wouldn't go over 2 pounds each.

Thanks Vennitta!

I suppose a person could use their light dumbbells, or donut weights on their wrists or in the hands.

Thanks for the info.

It sounds like it's just a wooden dowel. Like a closet rod. I have 3 of them, and they work great. I didn't even put the rubber caps on and they are fine :) They are very cheap too. You can get them for around $5.

Interesting! Am I looking for a particular stick or just any stick and is there a particular length I want? This is great, thanks Vennitta!
