Prof Glenn Gibson's Study

Prof Gibson replied today. He sent me two pdf files that are a bit too big to paste into an e-mail, but basically they say that the ASD kids show a significantly higher incidence of Clostridium histolyticum in the faecal flora than in the healthy kidsI can't see any reason for all the ASD kids on the study to have higher than normal levels of Clostridium histolyticum, except that Clostridium histolyticum, seems to be part of the Tetanus group ( I am no expert on these things - perhaps someone on this list could comment on my DPT vaccination type thoughts! ) Miles.ps. this excerpt is from another web site.Everybody knows that tetanus is a deadly disease, due to an extremely powerful neurotoxin Clostridium tetani produces. Clostridium tetani, which lives in the gut, is normally controlled by the beneficial bacteria and does us no harm, because its toxin cannot get through the healthy gut wall. Unfortunately, children, which we are talking about, do not have a healthy gut wall. In gut dysbiosis this powerful neurotoxin may well get absorbed through the damaged gut lining and then cross the blood-brain barrier affecting child's mental development. Many other species of Clostridia (perfringens, novyi, septicum, histolyticum, sordelli, aerofoetidum, tertium, sporogenes, etc) produce toxins similar to tetanus toxin as well as many other toxins.__________ NOD32 1.1742 (20060906) Information __________This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system.http://www.eset.com

This is from a medical dictionary:

Clostridium histolyticum

A bacterium found in wounds, where it induces necrosis (see

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Necrosis) of tissue by producing a

cytolytic exotoxin.

Just got your file, ....This is REALLY interesting. Thank you for sending. Now where do we get testing done? Guess I'll see my very open alternative doc back in Germany. My daughter was very high in clostrida last time we checked but it didn't specify which strain....Her regular doc didn't think it was very problematic ..

Hi .

Trouble with regular doctors is that they don't know anything about

autism ( or any vaccination induced immune system problems ).

Elaine Bolte pionered this approach a few years ago with her son. She

found out that Flagyl worked, but he regressed as soon as it was

stopped. Prof Gibson seems to be saying that if you introduce

prebiotics, it helps, but isn't the magic bullet. So even if your

daughter test positive what do you do about it?

Miles.

We didn't fight the clostridia at the time ( my daughter wasn't with my alternative doc at the time) but I am going to go after it now hammer and tong!!! I shall see what the alternative world does about it in Germany when I ma back there in October. There is a huge following in alternative over there so will keep you posted....my own alternative doc ( ex surgeon who got fed up of chopping out organs and the like) over there is great. First he tests major minerals and then funguses....He is also spearheads a major drive against mobile phones and electrosmog...
