Unscheduled rest day

I'm wiped out. Stayed up quite late last night waiting for my oldest

DD to come home. I wanted to make sure she got home Ok, as she has

stopped in to get something from her ex boyfriend's so I stayed up.

Did a lot of running around today, took a friend shopping and I got

groceries, then I went to look at an apartment and a bedroom suite

with oldest DD.

I'm ready for bed. I do today's scheduled workout in the morning.

Have a great evening everyone.

Oh, I must've read that wrong. I wouldn't let it bother you that you missed that workout, life happens, as they say. You are committed to exercise and that is what counts.

That's just it, I didn't get in my workout and I feel guilty because I promised that I'd exercise with her yesterday. I'll be doing yesterday's workout today so I'll be back to my rotation, a day late mind you, but I guess that's OK. Way to go on doing your workout!

Nothing to feel guilty about!!! I worked out anyway and you (Kerry) did things that needed to be done. I wrote another reply earlier too so I'll quit here.

Thanks, I have a feeling that in the next couple of weeks I'll be making up for it big time. I'll be moving my DD out of her ex boyfriends place and into her own. That means many trips up and down three flights of stairs. Thank goodness her new place is up only a small set of stairs. Maybe I should wear my HRM to see how many calories I burn and find out what my average heart rate is.
