Guest guest
You had a great workout . Excellent calorie burn! Have a great day tomorrow, remember turkey is low fat! Kerry wrote: Hi, Well after that big dinner this afternoon I decided to get some good cardio in but realized I hadn't done much leg work this week. I looked through some of the premixes and decided to try Drill Max Leg Blast premix. This one doesn't drag out as much as doing the entire workout so I did like it better. It was about an hour long and I burned 486 calories.... probably not enough to burn off what I ate, but a good start. Tomorrow more eating. ugh.. have a nice evening!!! Thanks Kerry!!! The part of the turkey I like isn't low fat, I like the dark meat ( I find the white meat dry, at least the Thanksgiving turkeys are. I love the white from the deli though. You have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

LOL I try to tell myself that it's only one meal, but in my case it will be my second meal since we had a big dinner yesterday. Plus, DH wants to have our left overs for supper on Friday. I don't know... I will be tempted to have them too because they were so good, but I really need to have something different and let them have the all the left overs. Did I mention I hate the eating part of the holidays lol
Guest guest
I keep forgetting about the dark meat, it's not my fav. Don't fret about the calories, have a great meal with the ones you love and then work your butt off tomorow. Kerry wrote: In a message dated 11/22/2006 10:18:31 P.M. Guest guest
The eating part of the holidays are so tough. It's hard to get back to proper eating after a few days of eating meals we aren't used to. It's important to get back to it though. Good luck, Kerry wrote: LOL I try to tell myself that it's only one meal, but in my case it will be my second meal since we had a big dinner yesterday. Guest guest
, I have the trick for making your white meat juicier--cook the bird upside down. It's ugly, because it doesn't brown like a beautiful golden bird you would serve at a holiday meal, but it tastes so good. I just carve mine before serving and no one cares because it is so juicy. My grandmother use to cook it upside down and then turn it over at the end to brown and still serve it beautifully, but I haven't mastered turning it over yet.
