Just thought I'd send you out the 12 Days of Fitness that I wrote for the gym. I'm giving the members a day at a time beginning today. If they make all 12 days they get a prize. Anyway, I know you don't have the circuit at home, but maybe you can substitute a circuit type workout if you want to do it at home as something different for December. If nothing else, maybe it will give you a good laugh at what I spend my days doing. LOL

12 DAYS OF FITNESS

On the first day of fitness my trainer gave to me, a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the second day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 2 times around the circuit and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the third day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the forth day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the fifth day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the sixth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the seventh day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the eighth day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the ninth day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the tenth day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 10 walking lunges, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the eleventh day of fitness my trainer gave to me, 11 minutes of stretching, 10 walking lunges, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

On the twelfth day of fitness, my trainer gave to me, 12 minutes in the sauna, 11 minutes of stretching, 10 walking lunges, 9 minutes of dancing, 8 calf raises, 7 ball pushups, 6 triceps kickbacks, 5 bicep curls, 4 ball squats, 3 warrior poses, 2 times around the circuit, and a set of crunches for my tummy.

I loved your version of 12 days of Fitness! I found myself singing along in my head as I read it. Very good Tonya. I'm going to print it out and hang it in my workout room.

It is a series of hydraulic machines with cardio stations in between them. You do a minute on a machine for resistance training then move to the cardio for a minute and keep going until you've worked every body part. You can do the same thing at home with free weights doing a weight exercise followed by a cardio exercise, and keep alternating until you've done a total body workout.
