There is also a > section where you do a 5 part lunge that really fried me! whoo-hoo pinky! it is a good dvd! i liked the lunges that she did.. lunge forward, slide rear foot in and out, static lunge up and down, step back to start other leg. then she did the same thing while lunged to the side. keli put quite a few spins on basic exercises in this workout. :*carolyn. Guest guest Posted November 26, 2006 Report Share Posted November 26, 2006 That is a good move. They do that on one of the WHFN workouts I have, can't remember if it's from Kick Butt or Fit Prime. I don't think I've seen them done while lunged to the side. I might have to try that sometime.
