10 min solution kickbox bootcamp

Great workout, what are these burpees I keep hearing about?

whoo-hoo pinky! it is a good dvd! i liked the lunges that she

did.. lunge forward, slide rear foot in and out, static lunge up

and down, step back to start other leg. then she did the same

thing while lunged to the side.

keli put quite a few spins on basic exercises in this workout.

whoo-hoo pinky! it is a good dvd! i liked the lunges that she

did.. lunge forward, slide rear foot in and out, static lunge up

and down, step back to start other leg. then she did the same

thing while lunged to the side.

keli put quite a few spins on basic exercises in this workout.

That is a good move. They do that on one of the WHFN workouts I have,

can't remember if it's from Kick Butt or Fit Prime. I don't think

I've seen them done while lunged to the side. I might have to try

that sometime.
