Hi ,

Go real low and slow to start with. We had a nasty die-off reaction with only 2 capsules. I had given her one the night before, and two the night after. She developed a low grade fever, nasty headache and general flu-like symptoms. She had the dairrhoea 5 times that day, which is receommended on the pot for a good detox, but all this from just 2 capsules.

She can tolerate one capsule daily without too much diarrhoea, in order to keep going to school.

It seems to be really helping her, she seems much happier at the moment.
