Guest guest
I’ve just been quiet. Lately my workouts have been scrubbing the house for the holidays, chasing after a 3 year old who wants to go everywhere naked or dressed but wearing her sandals (in winter), attempting to put clothing including coat on said 3 year old without getting bruises in places best left unmentioned, walking everywhere at the speed a 7 year old can step (I have no clue if this is the right word maybe it is scooters, anyway it isn’t walking pace, but not quite a biking pace either) while either carrying a squirmy 3 year old on my neck or having her in the bike trailer without a front walking wheel while she tries to stand and jump in there because it is funny(try it once and you’ll see why it isn’t funny:), attempting to figure out what is wrong with a all of a sudden moody and temperamental 7 year old girl, attempting to catch the attention and hold it for more than 1 second of a active 7 year old boy and laughing hysterically when I’m having a bad day (hey it is laugh or sob, laughing is better) I think I need a workout entitled A Mom’s Bad Day Workout. I could picture it starting out with some punches and kicks, then a bit of dancing and ending with a relaxing yoga practice to put me to sleep. With lots of stretching for the sore back. I could use some sleep too. I only get 6 hours of sleep a night and if I try for more I end up waking up after 6 hours and not being able to go back to sleep. If I do get back to sleep I’m groggy as heck when it is time to wake up. But in the afternoon, I’m so tired even if I am on the move. Oh well it’s a mom’s life. Oh and I have been craving curry for some reason – red, green, yellow, I don’t care – if it is curry I want to eat it. Guest guest
Hi , I was wondering where you'd got to. Sounds like you've been terribly busy, busier than usual. Maybe you want the curry as a pick me up. That is not a bad craving, I can think of some that are much worse for you. You should market your idea for A Mom's Bad Day Workout, I think it would be a hit for Mom's with children of all ages. Glad to hear you can see the humour in the situation. Take care, Kerry wrote: I’ve just been quiet.
