Guest guest Posted October 15, 2006 Report Share Posted October 15, 2006 i forgot to add this on the last message.....i don't have the corressponding days but its day 1-weights with abs day2-cardio with abs day3- rest day 4-weights with abs day5-cardio with abs day6 or 7-classics i did shrink your female fat zones for todays weights. just wasn't up to much else but got a pretty good moderate weight workout. planning on her pilates matwork tape later or minna's strenght and grace. tomorrow i have rhythmic step out for cardio with core max. i haven't picked out the rest of the week yet but for the other weight workout i might do a cathe or P90 circuit. i am thinking on classics day doing cardio and weights since there is equal balance of both in that workout. kassia Messenger with Voice.
