Hi, ladies,

It's been hard for me to keep up the last few days because this was an

exceptionally trying and messed-up weekend.

You know that my wife has been dealing with migraines. She is trying

different medications. I've also told you about our trips to Mayo Clinic.

At 2am Friday I found her walking around in the kitchen disoriented

and hallucinating. Long story short, with help from some other people

I got her to the hospital where she ended up staying until Saturday.

It seems she was having a reaction to a new medication, which totally

messed up her head for a few days. She has some memory loss from at

least Thursday of last week through Saturday. It was pretty scary.

(I treated myself to pizza for lunch on Friday just to give myself a

break from dealing with it all.)

On top of that we had to go to a wedding all day Saturday.

But she's back to normal now (I think) and I'm back to working out.

That's so scary . I am glad she is feeling better now. I hope they find a medication that helps her without causing those kind of side effects.

What a scary experience. I hope your wife feels better soon, and the

medications eventually get to be just right. Sometimes while the

migraine meds are being adjusted for dose, frequency, and type of

medication, these sort of things tend to happen. I'm glad you found

her in the kitchen just in time. Take care!
