, don't feel too badly you aren't the only one that that has happened to. Every time I plan to start exercising or get on a good roll of exercising something always happens - I get sick (like now,) I get hurt or I get too many things happening at once like last weekend. Take care and do good on your test! Jen revaddict <revaddict@...> wrote: If you've been keeping up with my posts, you know that my taekwondotesting is this Sunday. Of course, something always has to go wrongwith plans like these.Last Sunday I made the mistake of helping a friend build a treehouse. That made me sore in the right shoulder and back. Then somethingcame up and I couldn't go to taekwondo class Monday night. I did getto go Tuesday though. Then my wife and I had to go to Mayo Clinic for her final appointmenton Wednesday and Thursday. We got back in town early, so I went tothe chiropractor Thursday night. I went again this morning too.I did 's Tae Bo Ultimate Lower Body this morning and just didn'tuse my hands much so as not to irritate my back and shoulder blade. Igot through that okay. I'm still a little sore, but I'm doing thebest I

can to take care of myself until Sunday. Now there are just two days to go until the big day. After the testwe're going out to eat and celebrate. It's just funny though how everything seems to be conspiring againstme. :-)

You can do it, ! Just think positive!! How are

things with your wife, any answers yet? It is

frustrating to have a condition that no one can

diagnose!

The conspiracy continues!

This afternoon when my wife was lying down for a nap, she was suddenly

overcome with chest pains and a rapid heart beat. Of course we feared

the worst and I rushed her to the hospital. It turns out she has

plurisy (sp?)--an inflammation in the chest wall that is probably due

to a virus. But it often presents itself like a heart attack. So I

spent a couple of hours in the ER with her. But I remembered to take

along my taekwondo folder and study my material while we waited. :-)

Less than 24 hours to go now!

So sorry to hear of your injury , and so close to your testing.

Your poor wife and you must have been scared with her episode. Thank

goodness they were able to figure out what it was. What can be done

for plurisy?

Good luck with your test tomorrow. I'll send positive thoughts your

way.
