I would hate to spend that kind of money and not like one.
Guest guest
Today I did the Tamilee " not Tommie Lee " Webb or whatever came out yesterday...:-)) Abs of steel program 1 and 20 min elliptical - I really pushed the elliptical and I saw my leg muscles for the first time in months! I felt that burn and it felt so good! I actually got through the Abs all the way with out lowerback pain - I could never do that before! I must tell you - you guys really motivate me because I keep thinking of what am I going to post today? I only have a few workout videos but I have a treadmill, elliptical trainer, and free weights so I'm keeping it simple by getting in at least 20 min of cardio, abs and shoulders... Guest guest
, you can get an elliptical for cheap. I think wal-mart sells one. I have a cheaper model one, and in my opinion it is JUST fine. I am comfortable putting clients on it as well. I think they are fun. But, like you, I have never in my life been consistent w/ equipment. Even w/ all that I own. I'm an exercise fanatic, but I don't like the mindless exercising. Guest guest
Oooh..what kind of elliptical did you find at WalMart? I've wnated one for awhile - back when we rented an apartment our complex had a gym that included an elliptical - I really enjoyed it. I probably wouldn't use it for every cardio workout, but I'd probably use it once a week..sometimes Ilike to just listen to music or watch TV and not have to think about choreo... Guest guest
Oooh, I just love the sound of handbells. Hope you get in a good workout Kerry Thanks Kerry! Tomorrow morning my daughter's kindergarten class is doing a Christmas tea, which includes a performance with handbells! It is not until 10 and the kids are on the bus by 8:10 so I'm hoping to sneak in another workout between the two! Will let you know what happens!
