Guest guest
Hey everyone! I just wanted your opinion on this. I got my Ripped newsletter and those of you that get it too have seen this. It talks about doing the same workout for 1 month before moving on. Well, here is part of it..... Since Ripped! was designed based on this periodized method, it follows suit that ideally you will use one video for 1 month and then switch to another video the next month, etc. This allows your body to feel stressed (the good kind), adapt and adjust in a stronger format. Then the cycle can be repeated. What is your opinion on this? I have often wondered with my own workouts that if I would stick with just one, I just might see some better results. I'm not sure I could do this though... because I get bored very easy, but if I could really start seeing something, I might have to try it. I plan to do the Ripped workouts for September so maybe that would be a good time to try this method out. I know a few of you have done the same workout for a period of time. Do you agree that this works? I have so many workouts that there is so many that be sitting not being used for long periods of time.... ~~
