Guest guest Posted July 21, 2006 Report Share Posted July 21, 2006 Never mind -- I decided the belly dance wasn't enough workout because I spent too much time watching and not enough dancing while I figured out what to do so I went ahead and did a 15 minute "total body" workout from this one as well. OUCH. LOL She's mean, made me earn it. I'm glad each exercise is only a minute because a couple of those weight-lifting ones were really making my arms burn by the time it was over.
