Thank you for this. I have started a Notebook page for L-Carntine and

was planning on looking into this plus also NAC . I haven't quite finished with

Alpha-Lipoic acid/R-lipoic acid yet though, as I am still trying to find more

info on any adverse side-effects. Liptin is another that I want to look into in

depth.
