Dear Listmates: I have a 22 year old female patient who gave birth 5 weeks ago. She is breastfeeding. She is concerned because today, she became extremely angry at one of her pets. She said she has not experienced this type of anger/rage in the past. She denies alcohol use. Does anyone have a good approach for PPD, in case this is what is going on with her. I suggested she get on a good vitamin/mineral supplement.Alan D.C.
