Guest guest Posted December 31, 2004 Report Share Posted December 31, 2004 Good Evening Ladies, I have a quick question. I normally work out first thing in the morning on and empty stomach. Some days I have trouble as I find myself becoming nauseated after taking my morning supplements. I have found that if I do a meal replacement shake I don't have this problem. I want to reap all of the benefits of working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Can anyone offer any advice to combat the nausea or is there a pre-work drink or meal that is better for me. My over all goal is to loose body fat and gain muscle. Thanks for your input.
