What legal recourse do we as chiropractors have if an attorney tells his client that they shouldn't go to a chiropractor unless their md refers them because it would " mess up their case " ?A Salem attorney told a patient that wants to come to my office not to go to a chiropractor unless they are referred. Wouldn't this be the same thing as a chiropractor telling a patient to switch attorneys because they think the attorney is " messing up their case " ? I am asking the patient to write a letter to summarize what the attorney told her, if she will do this I would like to get legal help going after this guy if there is anything legally available. If I get confirmation through a letter from this patient, I will be happy to publish his name. It isn't anyone on this list though.
