Guest guest
Hi, This is my first post since joining and introducing myself. My name is , I live in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, but lived in Vancouver, B.C. before, and really hope to get back there one day!! I have just completed my aromatherapy certification course, and have been doing a lot of blending. I am planning to write the national exam next with Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists. I am so excited today, I've just received my first package from New Directions Aromatics (Canadian distributor, they seem so hard to find!!) with everything for making some perfume oils. I am planning to blend 75% jojoba golden with 25% essential oils. Does this ration sound alright? I am planning to begin my very first perfume ever with sandalwood and neroli. I will not use neroli absbsolute, as I find it smells very sweet, and after careful sniffing, I thought that the regular neroli may bring out something in the sandalwood. I'm just not sure how much of each...And maybe a suggestion for a 3rd oil? I was thinking of using vanilla. Any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated!! Thank-You so much, this group is *absolutely* fantastic!! __________________________________________________
