Ok, so I was sore this morning right...and I am sore now, right---

but it felt sooooooooo good to run. I did 5.5 6-6.5-7-7.5 etc etc

max @ 8.5

Granted I felt I was going to cough up a lung when I was done (but

it took the thought away from the pain in my legs..) haha

Then I ran to the grocery to pick up some ingredients to make some

of " maggies meals " ..(variety is KEY for me)

Just had a PB/Banana Shake --what a treat that was :)

And I added my " daily " 1TBL Udo's with it...didn't even taste it.

Gonna try the Chicken Pineapple Pizza a little later..

Questions: Per the recipes maggie posted--a few call for High Fiber

crackers?? Looked in a few stores and not quite sure what is a good

brand for that?

Also calls for *1 slice bread (rye, pumpernickel, flourless)* well

the stats on the pumpernickel weren't great, i hate rye, and the

flourless wheat carb count was like 20 +?? so---

but i am kinda thinking i shouldn't eat bread really--

trying to achieve max weight loss

oh and also at henry's I looked into the Gluco, MSM stuff...well

theres sooo many kinds ranging in price from costly to kinda cheap?

any suggestions?

I do apologize for all the questions, but between all you ladies I

figure I can count on one of you---

And this message board...its gonna help me soo much get through

this...and KICK A**!! Don't really have anyone else to " vent, boast,

whimper, etc. " at when it comes to BFL...so thanks again---

Lexa
