Oregon Dept Justice Postcard

We just received a post card from the Oregon Dept of Justice/DCS Employer services Central Unit informing us we must report ALL new hires and rehires. Looks like they are tryng to expedite child support collections from deadbeat parents by corraling employers data and insuring proper witholding. Any body else hear of this? Sounds like another cumbersome regulation of small business. All my employees are single or childless but maybe this would be helpful for future alimony?!? R Johansen D.C.
