I sometimes add white vinegar to my sugar-tea solution and stall in getting the scobies in to ferment. O. Woe. I am fresh out and have two pots waiting to start fermenting. I don't have really presentable-lookng mommas and no starter. We always drink out KT to the last drop and I have to use distilled white vinegar for starter. Forgive? LOve. MArge.
