Guest guest
Listmates: I'm presently designing a channel set for the infinity platform. I plan to use this channel set for most all the screens I set up for training. The goal is to allow 1/2 hz adjustments "on the fly" for whatever reward or inhibit band I'd like to choose. Unfortunately, with the other requirements I've set up, the Infinity software is limited so I can only set up 1/2 hz increments for about half the potential (4 - 24 hz) training range, with the balance being 1 hz. increments. My question is, for what sections of that spectrum would adjusting in 1/2 hz. increments be most beneficial for fine tuning in on client idiosyncrasies. I hope my question makes sense, and thank you in advance for your responses. Steve C
Guest guest
Steve, I imagine Francois will respond to this, especially regarding Infiniti's capabilities. My response would be that the alpha, SMR/lobeta and Beta bands (perhaps 7 to 18 Hz) would be the ones that would be of importance. Usually the benefit of changing frequency definitions shows up in rewards, and those are the reward bands that might be used and would be most affected by changes in brain peak frequencies, particularly among younger clients. pete > > From: Steve Chamberlin <tcs.sec@...> > Date: 2006/03/06 Mon PM 09:50:35 EST > Braintrainer < > > Subject: 1/2 hz increments > > Listmates: > > I'm presently designing a channel set for the infinity platform.
