Guest guest
Ernest, I've been growing my pea shoots on just plain coir - the kind that is compressed together to put in a wire planter. It has worked out great. I ran out of that and tried plain old burlap which I had around for another project. I doubled it up, wet it down well....and it also works great! Very cheap too. Saves the hassle of mixing and spending more than I want to. I eat about 1 1/2 cups of pea greens every night in my salad, so I'm growing a lot.....I just love em!
