Guest guest
Thought I would share a couple of recipes with you all. First is Cinnamon chicken (one of my hubby's favorites) 1 cut up free range chicken sprinkle liberally with each of the following: salt pepper garlic graduals or powder onion graduals or powder cinnamon and some chili powder oven temp 325 to 350. Can cook slower and longer at a lower temp if you want. Bake in an open pan ( you can cover if you do not want a real crispy skin) till done. My Balsamic vinaigrette 3 T balsamic vinegar 1 and 1/2 t salt 1/2 to 3/4 t pepper 1/2 t garlic graduals or powder 1 and 1/2 t onion graduals or powder 1/4 t raw sugar 1 egg yolk Mix well and then slowly add: 2/3 c olive oil beating as you drizzle it into the vinegar mixture. Great on salads and also as a dip for steak.
