There is one forming in Ham Lake apparently but Hi fina, I would be interested. I live in S. Mpls, and would prefer a drop point within the city limits -- Ham Lake is waaaaay too far away for us. : ) Great idea! Genie
Guest guest
Their product availability is amazing, but consider supporting your local food co-ops and buy as much food as possible from the source. There is one forming in Ham Lake apparently but that's kind of a drive for me. There's a minimum of $400 per order (all individual orders in a group combined), so I'm trying to get at least a group of 7 or more families. AS is an organic family farm outisde of Portland, OR and have been around for a while. i hear great things about them. And should be a better alternative to Blooming Prairie since they're a family company. They grow a lot of what they sell right on the farm, but buy many things as well. The quality of their stuff is awesome. www.azurestandard.com fina.

Guest guest
I tried getting that info when I called a couple a days ago, but since they didn't yet have an invoice for them there was no contact info. They told me to call back towards the end of next week (deadline for orders is 1/12). If you call one or two days before you may be able to get in on this month's order. As long as it's not a closed drop point. fina. > > I'd like to know who to contact for the Ham Lake group. Guest guest
That's what I'm trying to do. My main reason for buying through this company is that they grow their own beans and grains. I'm tired of looking at those bins at the coop with rancid grains and hard-as-rocks beans. Coops don't tend to carry pre-packaged grains and beans. I love to spend my money locally though. fina. > > Their product availability is amazing, but consider supporting your local food co-ops and buy as much food as possible from the source.
