Jan. 28th You want to eat healthy; you have a freezer full of healthy meat. But how do I turn it into healthy meals for my family with a busy schedule. If this sounds like you Please come and join us Sat. Jan. 28th for Lynn's cooking class from 9:00- 1:00. (We will prepare 5 meals (cube steak in gravy, chicken soup, chicken and potatoes oven fried I also will be showing how to cut up a chicken to use in the oven fried chicken and potatoes dishHerb rubs Beef Roast, and Stove Top Beef & Sausage Hot dish) we need to start promptly at 9:00. You are welcomed and encouraged to get involved in the hands on cooking. This will help you to learn more and to remember what you've learned & stay with you longer. Please let us know if you're planning on coming. If you can not come this Sat. but still have interest in a cooking class and want to learn good healthy ways to cook grass fed organic meats. Let us know for we are planning another class in March and let me know which Sat. in March would be better. The cost is $25.00 per person for the class; this includes lunch and all materials. Classes will be held at Farm.
