I had a chance to watch the 20/20 episode last night (I taped it from Friday) and some of those things were really interested. I had no idea that there is a such thing as exercise anorexia. What really got me was the doctor that said we could be harming our bodies by exercising TOO MUCH. The amount of time he said you should exercise is not near what I do everyday. I workout probably twice the amount of time he suggests. Maybe I am working out too much? I really don't want to be harming myself while I'm thinking I'm doing a good thing, which is exactly what this one person was on there saying. Those of you that watched this program, what is your opinion on?
