I came across this for the Pure Strength Series. I'm not sure I can handle all the impact cardio, but I can modify the cardio choices depending on how I feel - I may just give this a go - if I don't like it I don't have to keep it up for the whole 4 weeks - this is courtesy of " deanie " . I like that some of Kest's yoga and some Pilates is incorporated. I may also alternate Legs & Glutes (I love that leg workout) with the PS leg workout (which I believe I found boring a few years ago. Do you think this could blast off some flab and give me some definition? day 1: PS C/S/T and MIC hi/lo day 2: Imax 1, Imax 2 week 2, Imax 3 week 3 day 3: PS B/B/A day 4: KPC, KM bootcamp challange week 2, CK week 3 day 5: PS legs and abs day 6: off day 7: Kest yoga series #2 weeks 1 and 3 Pilates 20 min. and eliptical 40 min weeks 2 and 4 week 4 day 1 PS C/S/T and bootcamp cardio only day 2 MIC day 3 PS b/b/a day 4 KM bootcamp challange only (LOVE this workout!!) day 5 legs and abs day 6 off day 7 Pilates and eliptical __________________________________________________ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
