good afternoon all, wanted to go sledding today but seems the snow melted rather quickly. its amazing when the sun comes out how a half of foot goes to a mere 1 or 2. this morning i did compassionate heart practice from yoga for everybody. lots of chest openers and spinal extensions. for lower body today i did legs and glutes. big difference from fittv version. not only were there drop squats but no commericals to march out through LOL. made it through and did quite well with those explosive lunges. to bad i about died out on the glute raises. i want to try to get 10mins of abs in later. but first must replenish from my leg workout with some tuna kassia
