Though I did enjoy just my own thoughts. Walking away from my house felt really great--that " now I can get away from those kids for a while " feeling! This is one of my better fitness plans. I don't know either what my problem is. I think if you hang in there and force yourself to do them here and there the motivation that was lost WILL return Darcysure! id love to hear all about it as you move through your plan each day. now if only i could get myself to stick to something :/ i love most of my workouts, but just cant get myself to get up anddo them! ugh, i dont know what is wrong with me... ive beenstruggling (and failing) with my fitness plan ever since the middle of february!:*carolyn. When I did some running some years back I found that I had to really lighten up my lower body workouts so as not to overly fatigue my legs for the running.
