wow! that sounds awesome stacey! i considered a power walk today

but, while sunny, the wind was still cold. another few weeks and it

should be perfect. enjoy your workout plan this week! do you

listen to music while you run/walk? i really love my mp3 player for

that and i have lots of fitness audios to use -- some are coached

while others are music-only and they are set to various beats per

min... i work 100% harder, and enjoy the workout alot more.

Carolyn,

I don't know if I would like music or not. I live and will be running

on a busy road and I'm not sure it would be safe. Though I did enjoy

just my own thoughts. Walking away from my house felt really

great--that " now I can get away from those kids for a while " feeling!

This is one of my better fitness plans. Please help me stick to it.

Stacey

i think that some city-folk just wear one earbud so that they can

hear the audio yet still hear their surroundings. that might feel

funny though!

each day. now if only i could get myself to stick to something :/

i love most of my workouts, but just cant get myself to get up and

do them! ugh, i dont know what is wrong with me... ive been

struggling (and failing) with my fitness plan ever since the middle

of february!

Sorry to hear you have been struggling Carolyn. My motivation hasn't been the best either.... I don't know either what my problem is. I think if you hang in there and force yourself to do them here and there the motivation that was lost WILL return :)

Your rotation sounds great, Stacey!!! When I did some

running some years back I found that I had to really

lighten up my lower body workouts so as not to overly

fatigue my legs for the running. So, don't feel bad

if you find you need to lighten up!!

Enjoy!

Donna

Who really misses her yoga/Pilates. I *need* to make

time for those!!!
