SUN-caribbean workout hi/lo workout(20mins) 2.5 mile run(24 mins) Get Fit Fast Segment One arms(10mins) Get Fit Fast Segment One Legs(10mins) MON-Sun Salutations(25mins) Power Zone Cardio(25mins) Firm Maximum Cardio Burn(55mins) 7mile walk(didn't time it just went,it was a really nice day) TUES-Practice for TOM(20mins) i am taking a rest day. i might go another round with TOM practice later but i am completely resting up for tomorrow. alot of stepping for tomorrow for what cathe calls long cardio challenge. she posted low-max and step from step,jump,pump but i am going with low-max and maybe karen voight's circuit training step only. that should time at about right,plus i haven't done my karen ultimate circuit training dvd in awhile so it should come out to play LOL. have a great day all, kassia Bring words and photos together (easily) with PhotoMail - it's free and works with .
