Guest guest
All right, since the tooth fiasco last week, I'm not sure when I'll be eating solid food again, so I can't participate in the junk food challenge. At this point I'm practically living on pudding and soup, so I'm not giving up pudding! But, I can definitely be in on the water challenge. Actually, I am having to journal my water intake for my Health class anyway, so this will just be extra motivation to drink the stuff. Propel counts right? Guest guest
Good for you Tonya! I am trying to fill up my water bottle twice and drink it. It holds 32 ounces. I've been doing pretty well, but sometimes there have been a couple of inches or so leftover. I so want to conquer this, I guess knowing that someone else is doing the same thing helps me a lot! Guest guest
Yay! You're doing great! I used to drink water practically by the gallon when I began my 'fitness journey' six years ago. Guest guest
I've found I drink water better when I workout. I can't stand it for some reason, but when I'm exercising, I almost crave it. I'd blame it on sweat loss, but I'm not that much of a sweater. Who knows, I'm just glad that I'm able to workout again so I get my water in a little easier. Guest guest
I make myself have a bottle of water before I can have a bottle of Pepsi. It actually worked for the first time today...LOL As for the mouth, it is still killing me. I haven't been able to eat solid foods for almost two weeks. I'll be so glad when it heals!!!! I feel like I'm constantly hungry. And the effects of a liquid diet on my stomach are horrible. I think I'm now passing stomach acid because there is no bulk to pass. Sorry, too much info! The workout helped take my mind off of it though, so that is good. I can forget anything in the weight room. I wish I had the time to spend hours in there.
