Guest guest
Bren, You may have to give up the GHB. I believe it has affected my insulin balance and caused me to gain additional bodyfat(or maybe it was just the holidays!!!!!!!!!????). BTW, anybody tried GHB eggnog?? Excellent; I think it was made for this. GHB has the same insulin bumping effects as alcohol does, so its use is difficult when trying to loose weight. Any others having this problem? It seems to be the most difficult in the PM as far as controlling excessive carbohydrate consumption. Guest guest
Hi Bren, When I first read this I thought you were saying that you weigh 556 pounds, in which case I was going to say that you really should be under a doctor's care. But then it occurred to me that perhaps you were refering to your age rather than your weight and that you hit the " 5 " key twice by accident. (?) Also I'm not familiar with the term " betabolish " . In any case there is evidence that a combination of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin can induce increased thermogenesis. The combination speeds metabolism and weight loss. It's a controversial recipe, however, because ephedrine can be dangerous when abused. -gts > I checked my records and my weight is up 10 pounds in 2 years. Thanks for your time! Bren I recently found something that will greatly diminish (maybe even eliminate) your arthritis!! Researchers found they couldn't give a mouse arthritis. After several years they isolated the substance in their bodies that prvented them from getting arthritis - cetyl myriostoleate and several companies I'm associated with have formulated products that you can take to help your problems. If you would like to know the companies, I have websites to refer you to. I'm NEW to this longevity group and don't know all the guidelines yet, so will not put that info. on this open email... in case that info is not within the guidelines... You may contact me privately: mailto:jjenson@... just put CM in your subject line. One of the companies has CM with type II collagen, malic acid, manganese, magnesium the other has CM with MSM (sulfur) and glucosamine. (my personal opinion) is that the product with MSM would be for a person over 30. Some young bodies do not tolerate too much sulfur, which we seem to lose as we age... For now this mailing list is completely uncensored and so pretty much anything goes, including useful and educational information about health related products you might have for sale. Feel free to post web addresses and so forth. However excessive use of this list for commercial purposes might become annoying so please don't abuse the privilege. -gts

Guest guest
Bren, Look at a product called Inholtra that may help with your arthritis. It contains glucosamine and other products. It sure has helped me. Plenty of info on the web about it. Dale R. Hersh bren@... wrote: I checked my records and my weight is up 10 pounds in 2 years. I sure feel is has done a lot to control my sugar cravings. Dale "Tom T." wrote: Bren, You may have to give up the GHB. Guest guest
If you are looking to IDENTIFY the cause of that weight gain, I would recommend stydying all the information at the following website carefully. It will help you identify what foods you are eating that produce the most weight gain. http://www.mendosa.com/gilists.htm Great sight for glycemic index listing. Pass it on. SUGAR is a major culprit. When it's not metabolized properly, sugar turns into cholesterol and is stored as lumps everywhere! I can send more info. is anyone is interested!
