Hi guys,

I have tried finding recipes for lightly toasting

sprouts--actually, just the beans and grains, as that

makes them more easily digestable.

All I need to know is a)what temp should my oven be

set to? b)should I blend the lentils befor toasting

them, or after?.. because I want to make lentil

hummus ;) I have read that 100-200 degrees for 10-20

minutes is good, but I thought anyone who might

already know what works best might let me know.

I was wondering how long the wheatberries will stay

good after I toast them? I am planning on just

lightly toasting them and putting them in a container

to eat as cereal in the morning or for a snack. If

anyone knows, that would be really helpful!
