Guest guest
I appreciate your concern about the ammonia. Thanks you for your concern. I'm going by what Dr. Croft said, maybe people should email him if you have any questions. doccroft@... I'm at the point of sheer desperation. I don't really have anyone to help me spray every single thing down. I'm just not able..Once I get a diagnosis, I can maybe go to my kids.. You know, it's so crazy, nobody believes this is real. But as soon as I get a diagnosis, I'm going to do all I can, till my last breathe, to get the attention of the press..I don't care. I'm going to type a letter, with my story, my diagnosis..I'll send it to every single talk show host, news agengy..I have NO problem doing that. This is killing poeple and we've GOT to take a stand..and the Drs. and scientists, researchers who are trying to SAVE us...we're gonna get National Media. Somehow and Some way... I love you all. gotta get off of here... iris www.centurydemos.com www.mannapages.com/iris
Guest guest
I was reading and re-reading Dr Croft's credentials and excerpts. I don't understand ANY of the scientific stuff, and won't pretend to. What jumped out at me were his credentials, DVM and PhD. If you have a primary care provider, please run all these treatments through them. Based on what I read, he is not a MD (medical doctor), now that's not to say DVMs (vets) don't have a better handle on fungal issues--my dog has been on antifungals countless times for yeast issues with her feet. :-) As a practice, I always look up the doctor's profile on my state department of health's website to verify that they do have an active license. Some states also show reprimands, lawsuits, etc, not all do. Maybe I missed some info reading the previous posts, if so, I apologize. I also see that environmental illness can be a nice money maker for the " snake oil salesmen " since it is a developing field that not all MDs understand or even make an effort to understand. > > I appreciate your concern about the ammonia. Guest guest
Iris, Have you asked your (real, MD, if you have one, or can get one) about cholestyramine? You may have an HLA type that predisposes you to biotoxin illness and have these toxins circulating in your system.. Everybody is different, of course, but if I were you, I would look into it. You really should ask your doctor about it. It seems to help a lot of people. It seems to have made a big difference for me.. (Now if I could only get them to get rid of the mold.) I tried Cholestrymine several years ago before I developed illness from mold. I have a fish like toxin in my blood and at that time Dr Shoemaker thought we should try C. as that is what he used to treat Pfisteria. He had some compound pharmacy make C. up for his patients which did not have the sugar. I thought I saved their address but didn't. Anyone have it? Guest guest
I don't think Dr Croft ever trid to pass himself off as an MD, but as a PHD and researcher. He works closely with Dr Rea, Environmental MD, Head of famous Dallas Environmental Clinic. He runs most of their tests for them looking for mycotoxins in urine and other tissue. He isn't a saleman. However he may not know the right 'cure'. I think someone probably asked his opinion or advice since he works with mycotoxin issues. He may have it wrong but his heart and head would be in the right place. I don't approve of the use of ammonia for soaking or any contact with body tissue, nor to breath in. I would use a mask for sure to use it for cleaning. What I've come to notice is there are alot of well meaning and smart individuals and alternative MD's who are really trying to cure people but one doctor's opinion on what to do isn't shared with another equally qualified doctor, so you have to realize not much research has been put into alternative health in general, due to the lack of funds, unfortunatel, so proceed with caution and study up on any protocol you decide to try first. --- In , " kdsl92003 " <kdsl92003@y...> wrote: > > I was reading and re-reading Dr Croft's credentials and excerpts. Guest guest
I didn't imply that he was trying to pass himself off as an MD. I was concerned that in posts about the ammonia baths, cleaning, nutritional products, he is refered to as Dr. Croft by people, who may or may not have read into his vitae as much. It also raised my hackles that it was posted that he refered someone to his daughter for products and she signed them up as a distributor. That to me screamed pyramid scheme. Maybe I am totally wrong, and everything is legit, but some things that people posted about his treatment and the nutritional supplements just set off warning bells in my head. > > > > I was reading and re-reading Dr Croft's credentials and excerpts. > I > > don't understand ANY of the scientific stuff, and won't pretend > to. > > What jumped out at me were his credentials, DVM and PhD. Guest guest
With a mask make sure it will filter NH3- whic is ammonia as most of the mask filter VOC's and ammonia is not in that category form what I can remember from organic chem., there is not carbon in ammonia. Granted its been a wehile since I even had to worry about trying to filter out ammonia. Just proceed with the utmost caution. Guest guest
Well, anyway, I think he is qualified to speak. Much more than your average doctor. However no matter what the credentials in any field, you have to have your 'own filter' of what seems to make sense. That includes other professionals too. I would clean with ammonia but only use ammonia in very well ventilated situations. You couldn't get me to soak in it though. I wouldn't soak in anything I would be afraid to drink, since the skin is very permeable. From your skin, it goes right into your blood stream especially tender skin with blood vessels at the surface, which is worse than going into your stomach. You won't hear that out in public though as there are too many toxic things for sale, particularly petroleum based things. I did not go back and check iris's postings but I am pretty sure she said he was a pathologist and I thought pathologists were MD's?

Zeolite is the best for ammonia. Carbon and potassium permanganate each have their strengths but it is not ammonia.
