Angie, You remember correctly, I get milk for $3.50 a gallon. Just in the past month he raised his price 50 cents. I used to pay $3 a gallon. I am very blessed! Good morning , That's an awesome price. In the future, I might have to think about making a trip out your way a couple of times a month to get milk, and maybe a few other things to make the trip really worthwhile. Here in the TC, we pay $5.50 and $6.00 per gallon for milk. Would your dairy source be able to supply some extra customers so I could do a pickup for myself and a few others? I'll be picking up my very first gallon today, and I can't wait to try it. I have a feeling I've tasted something similar before....When we go stay in India (visiting family), the milk is delivered fresh every morning to the house. They use buffalo milk, and my SIL boils it every day before using it. I'm assuming we shouldn't boil ours? I'll ask about that when I pick it up today. BTW, I found an old post where you offered to share your CO order with others, and I saw you were buying by the gallon. I might increase my quantity later, but first I have to find something we like, and figure out how fast we're going through it. I only plan to use it for cooking, not a daily supplement, and we go through a quart of cooking oil about every 3 months. I've ordered a pint of Garden of Life CO and am waiting for it in the mail. How do you manage to use 2 gallons at your house before it goes rancid? Where do you store it to keep it cool?
