what about this iep goal?

Here is another question I have -

What do you think of this IEP goal?

 

" Olivia will demonstrate increased ability to use effective communication skills

in the classroom. "

 

When I first read it, I liked it, thinking oh it is in the classroom. But this

" will demonstrate " doesn't really mean going in the classroom, do you think?

The short-term goals to measure are things such as using regulare past-tense

verbs, answering " wh " questions relating to a picture, story or activity.

 

Just wondering what others thought.
