Hi all,

Well, tomorrow is it. With my health aide at my side, to speak for me if I cannot due to my labile BP, I plan to show one simple binder of all my hypertension diagnosis. These records always end with me being diagnosed with 4.0x. l will include my endocrinologist, kidney/hypertension records AND all records of what tests were NOT done. I will start with the PA coding and show older paperwork. Caro
