Guest guest
Kathy, can you say more about Dr. 's depiction of the factors that underpin these food allergies? Personally, I've never really considered what people are describing as allergies, more likely food " intolerances " . Not that they are serious and frustrating, but it seems like those same foods can be slowly introduced again once people do a regular liver/gallbladder flush, take enzymes, probiotics and some tonics like the apple cider vinegar. Of course it's importatnt to eat organic, clean food as sometimes the reaction is to the preservatives and other shipping chemicals on the produce, greens and fruits. I've also noticed that a lot of people who think they can't eat beef (or other meats) quite often can eat the grass-fed. We think the reason is that the feedlot stuff has, at the very least, corn and soybean proteins in it. It is those proteins that the sensitive person has trouble digesting. Any other thoughts? Guest guest
Will, I found what you wrote interesting. I know since I have started eating TF/NT my allergies have nearly disappeared! I think I will try the liver/gallbladder flushes and see how that goes. Is that info in the archives??? Guest guest
The first point Dr. makes is that he is helping people in their quest for medical options and to help them understand the foundation of health vs. illness. ³That foundation is diet and nutritional integrity of the soil upon which the food is grown.² Illness is not caused by a lack of drugs. Drugs can be helpful at times in treating people. He treats people, not diseases. (That is the same reason why Will does not wanting us giving medical advice on the list, you really need to find a health care professional you feel comfortable with. You are not a disease, you are a person and every person is different) Dr. believes in hope. He believes in miracles. He suggests the Bible as one of your health books. He believes the body is a temple and suggested churches get a book called ³What would Jesus eat?² Almost every disease he writes about is helped by foods that are nutrient dense, taking certain supplements and detoxification. Treatments vary because he is treating individuals, not diseases. He uses manipulation, homeopathy, herbs and many other things when appropriate. I think most moms (including me) lump food problems into one issue we call allergies. Probably because in the 1960¹s many doctors thought it was a crazy mom syndrome and a few brave doctors started writing books like Allergies and the Hyperactive Child. I firmly believed my child had a casein/gluten food intolerance. Then she snuck raw milk from grass fed cows and did not get sick. I started asking questions. There is a difference between a food intolerance, an allergy, and an environmental sensitivity. They can also over lap. They trigger an inflammatory response. Dr. writes about a case where the woman was so sensitive to perfumes, plastic and other things that she could not go to the mall. Her throat would swell and it was a true medical emergency. He would have considered a treatment by IV, but the plastic tubes would have caused a reaction. His treatment was to have her take saunas and sweat out chemicals in her system. He said that some chemicals are so odd that the liver does not have enzymes to eliminate them. Once she did the detoxification, she could live a pretty normal life. There is so much good information in the book that I think we should all read it. It all goes back to healthy food is our foundation. I talked to Dr. Palmer about this book and he suggested people start book clubs and discuss the books instead of individual people. Then people can visit their own health care provider about their unique situation. Guest guest
Dear Carol, My original partner back in 1993 had severe hay fever allergies, incapacitating at times, and eliminated them with ozone and liver cleanses. Most of the CFS/MCS people (many bedridden) I have been in contact with who did the liver cleanses along with their ozone therapy have been able to return to work. Not every one is in perfect health, but all are able to work and support themselves. That would several hundred people, mostly women. Best of Health! Guest guest
Dear Saul, Did those CFS/MCS women follow a protocol? If so, what was the protocol used? For instance: What methods of delivery for the ozone were used? How often was the particular delivery of ozone done? How often were the liver cleanses done? Thanks, Carol ><oxyplus > >From: " Saul Pressman " <saul@...> >Date: Tue, 27 Mar 2007 09:58:00 -0800 >Subject: Re: allergies > > >Dear Carol, > >My original partner back in 1993 had severe hay fever allergies, >incapacitating at times, and eliminated them with ozone and liver cleanses. > >Most of the CFS/MCS people (many bedridden) I have been in contact with who >did the liver cleanses along with their ozone therapy have been able to >return to work. Guest guest
What we're doing on the candidiasis list is exert control of the bowel ecology by feeding inulin to the probiotic organisms in the gut, and quench whatever toxins are currently in the body with undenatured whey and selenium, which increases the master antioxidant and detoxifier glutathione; we also do liver flushes. This approach reduces toxin load and speeds healing of leaky gut, which produces an awful lot of allergic symptoms even on its own. It's working not only on candidiasis and bowel dysbiosis generally, including SIBO, but Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and irritable bowel syndrome. Even arthritis inflammation and lung inflammation of asthma and COPD are reduced. Guest guest
Saul, Ozonated water is it the same they sell in the grocery store (water with ozone bottles) or are you talking about a special kind of ozonated water. And if someone drink this water daily alone, (without any other treatment of ozone) could it help in clearing rashes? or if it does not help clearing would it help at least reducing it ? Thanks for your reply Chrisy Saul Pressman <saul@...> wrote: Dear Carol, They did vaginal insufflation, ear insufflation and drank ozonated water daily. Liver cleanses were done every two weeks until no more stones were seen. For some, that meant 8 or 10 cleanses. Best of Health! Guest guest
This company was on " Shark Tank " a few weeks ago. One of the investors offered the owner 4 million and he turned it down so there must be something to this: http://filteryourlife.com/index.htm I don't have allergies but I think I would try this if I did.
