Guest guest
I joined Sherry's club and saw her before and after photos. I was unable to add photos to the existing album here in the group for her, so I created another album named Sherry Gideon's Transformation. I added a new before picture of Sherry at 31 years of age and 195 pounds.(obtained from her group) Sherry is also 5'6. I'm personally very impressed by her 70lb loss, and think she looks great at her current 125lbs. It's about time that women who have lost more than 15 or 20 pounds proudly display fitness/bodybuilder competitors bodies.-- - In @y..., mzchizzy <no_reply@y...> wrote: > I tried posting this earlier without success. Guest guest
I think there are a lot of women who have probably lost a lot of weight and are now bodybuilders or competitors. I lurk in quite a few clubs, and have noticed that most women who evolve to a better health and physical status tend to gravitate to new forums for support, rather than , MSN, and other discussion groups. That's actually a good thing. Growth requires change, and to many people these groups are stepping stones or support along the way, but there comes a time when most people no longer need them. It's similar to a child who grows up and leaves home to attend college or start a career in another state. So, although most of the members in online groups will have transformations that are impressive, they may not be professional bodybuilders, profesional fitness competitors, or even have a desire to be so. You need to surround yourself with people who have the same goals as you do. Most of us here in the groups are trying to just get in shape and lose fat. Competitions are down the road for many, or not even important. Even transformations such as Mina, Pamb, and other women, if you notice as they evolve, they limit or discontinue regular posting in public groups. Lack of time, and higher endeavors are the cause rather than lack of interest. So if you are looking for succes stories similar to sherry gideons, you may have to look at fitness sites or other online locations. She looks awesome by the way. Job well done. > > > Oh powers that be (hey skwigg heads up!) please remove those pics > > and > > > take this male poster(imposter) away from this club for spamming > us > > > with this blatent $$ scam ..geesh! Guest guest
Well I tried to gravitate to the bodybuilding forum but it was so full of steroid charged men wanting to talk about sex that I didn't linger. Already lurked on the rest of the BFL type clubs and they don't move fast enough for me. The same one post might sit there for days. If someone really needs to know something there's no telling when they would get an answer. Stasia

Guest guest
Stasia- I really agree with you. I feel like the 'little woman' in some of those bodybuilding sites. And all the other BFL clubs I have seen don't seem to have too much activity.
