Guest guest
Hi Neil, IBS is actually an easy one to calm .... again, look to the dairy proteins for the continued triggering. Getting them to make that change starts a WONDERFUL, immediate downtrend with the pain. After that, healing the mucosa is fairly easy, using an ounce/day of liquid aloe for about 30 - 90 days.. Two brands that have a decent flavor are Aloelife (out of San Diego, Masterson is the RN who developed this brand in the 90s) and Life Aloe from Unicity (used to be Enrich International, now Rexall owns it.) they need to use a 90 - 99% strength Lifiber (from Unicity) is another product that aids calming immensely. I have them use it daily for about a month to two months after eliminating the dairy. and, of course, adjust, adjust, adjust. Liquid Minerals (American Longvegity) and vitamin C (@ 5000 mg/day) with Bcomplex (100), B6 (100), 1 - 3 glasses of carrot juice/week and frequent sunshine completes the package I have them use.
