You can find the seeds (and various sprouters if you don't have one - some of us use the Easy Sprouter) and very good instructions at www..com I didn't like the broccoli sprouts the first couple of times I had them, but after drinking green smoothies for awhile, I now find that I like them better than the red clover I also use.Peggy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
