Hi Carolyn

Combining responses here -- give Suzanne another try, maybe she'll grow on

you - if not, so be it, right? LOL! Let me know what you think when you

rent it -- which stability ball one is it - Balance Ball for Beginners or

For Weight Loss? She also has three Balance Ball for Abs, Lower Body and

Upper Body. I used to have all three but traded the upper and lower, I sort

of regret it now, though and would like these back. it is a set thing I

have, LOL!

>i havent looked at her older workouts which are only on vhs.

>ive decided that if im going to buy new workouts then they should be on

>dvd.

I thought the same thing. I almost thought I'd get Cruising Altitude since

it is cheaper than Tie one on ..but I don't think it is on DVD and I just

don't have the space for all these VHS workouts anymore!

PS: i found 'yoga for every body' today!!! i went back to the department

>store here and dug around, discovering one copy hiding in with a bunch of

>stott pilates vhs tapes. yay!

Did you get it? Let me know what you think when you try it. It took me

awhile to get used to the slower pace of this yoga practice, but now that

I'm adjusted I enjoy it as it allows me time to align myself properly.

>they also had the BSS3 add-ons -- hips buns thighs abs with pam cauthen and

>the companion cardio workout with stephanie huckabee and i was sorely

>tempted by them but the price was way too high ($20 each for 30 min

>workouts! argh!)

That is pricey! I got the one w/ (express cardio, I believe) for

around $9 at Walmart. I still haven't had a chance to try it - I think

partially b/c I don't ahve the box and I don't feel like setting up my

substitute. I'm disappointed in the new firms and all this equipment they

expect you to buy. I hope Ana Benson's new workouts are good b/c I'm just

about ready to give up on GT Firms!

and geeze, yes pam cauthen does look really skinny on

>the cover of that one. i couldnt tell if i needed an incline step for

>those workouts so that was another reason why i didnt buy them.

I know - you should see Pam in the workouts. She is skin and bones. She

looked so wonderful in Firm Strength - I'm not sure what prompted her to

become skelatal! I hope she isn't/wasn't sick or something.

Take care!

Donna
